Relax With Me

Rub down...YOURSELF
Two tennis balls in a tube sock is all you need for a DIY deep-tissue massage. Lie down on the floor or in bed and place it under your lower back with the balls positioned on each side of your spine. Using a slow, continuous movement, roll your body back and forth (toward your head and then toward your feet), letting the tennis balls knead your muscles.

Take a Power Nap
Stop powering through your day anb make your lunch breaks useful. A quick nap clears a foggy mind and reenergizes you to tackle your daily tasks with ease. Limit your midday snoozes to 20 or 30 minutes (set an alarm just in case), You don't want to experience sleep drunkenness, plus, it will make it harder to fall asleep at bedtime.

Become One With Nature
Plop down in your backyard or a local park and get your chill on. Nothing beats the great outdoors. Forget about the daily stresses of everyday life, and wake up your senses.

Yoga, Baby!
If you don't have time to join a yoga, then purchase a yoga video. Make time to do at least 15 to 20 minutes of yoga several times a week. This will help stretch and relax your muscles. My favorite yoga videos are here.

Bathe Away The Stress

Take a bubble bath. Put on some soft music, light a candle and enjoy a nice warm bubble bath. Music not your thing, then take a book or magazine with you. Tips on how to create a woman cave here. Or add a few drops of tea tree, eucalyptus oil or pine to a bath or bowl of hot water, and inhale the steam.
