Dior's Velvet Eyes reusable eyeliner patches.  How cool are these, ladies?

Okay, so, Dior has made liquid-liner, stick-on, eye decals. Alas, you can achieve the sexy, winged look a whole lot easier. Why? because Dior Velvet Eyes are adhesive eyeliner patches that are applied directly onto the lid for a flawless finish.

The reusable decals come in a set of four: Two pairs of matte black patches called Effeft Velours. Effet Haute Couture is embroidered with Swarovski crystals at the corner of each eye and Effeft Brilliant is decorated with black Swarovski micro-crystals.

So. if you're anything like me, you love low-rise jeans but hate visible butt-crack showings every time you take a seat.

Plummer's crack is tacky and so declasse. I get tired of tugging my shirt down or facing my butt towards walls just so I can sit comfortably without mooning the world. Well, there's a solution to this crack epidemic--Jaks. One of my clients turned me on to them. So what are JAKs?

 JAKs are lacy, top extenders that look like underwear without the crotch area. You wear them over your jeans and they give the illusion of a layered top underneath. Yes! We can continue wearing low-rise jeans without embarrassing butt-crack showings. 

JAKs are $20 and come in three colors: beige, black, or white.

One of my clients bought me a bottle of Victoria Secret's Bombshell. Let me say that this perfume smells amazing! Everyone knows that I like fruity scents, so this bottle came right on time.  It smells like passion fruit with a hint of vanilla. Yum! Fun. Flirty. Feminine. A definite keeper.

Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie is hands down one of the best products I've purchased all year (I've purchased a lot). Not only does it smell like fruits and berries, but it also leaves my hair feeling really soft, even though I use gel. I've been searching for months for a product that would eliminate frizz (well, some of it), yet leave my hair touchably soft. I'VE FOUND IT! THE SEARCH IS OVER!

I'm all about steaming. In fact, it's one of the many parts of a facial that my clients love. I understand why, too. It feels so good, but it's also very beneficial. Moisture in the air is good for the skin. Did you know that our skin needs more than 30 percent humidity to stay properly moisturized? That's why I decided to invest in a humidifier. I figured it would be a nice treat to give myself to counter the air-conditioner running all summer. A few times a week, I close my bedroom or office door and trap the moist air inside. Afterwards, my skin is soft, supple and hydrated. I figure it'll be a great investment for this winter as well.

Lace Manicure

So, apparently, even a fashionably-challenged woman like me knows that lace is a big trend this fall. It's in all the fashion magazines. Lace dresses, tops, and even tights. So it was not a shock to me when I saw lace on a model's fingernails while flipping through one of those glossy mags. 

So pretty, right? They look great. I'm sure this model spent big bucks for her nails, but I'll simply use something like "Cut it Out" or "Laced Up" by Sally Hansen Salon Effects. These sticker-like sheets of nail polish will only take a few minutes to apply, and they're way cheap.

I am a hair flower freak! I have dozens of them. Collecting them has become an addiction. I can't help it. Hair flowers are pretty, fun and classic. What I like most about these little accessories are that you can sport one (or three) with almost any outfit that you are wearing. The key is to wear a flower(s) that don't scream bridal party.

I haven't tried the entire line, but I love these three products from the It's a 10! line.

I'm not a big fan of shampoos because they dry my hair out. I usually wash my hair with conditioner, but this shampoo is great for my curly, dry hair. I don't use heat on my hair so it's relatively healthy, but because of my curls, it dries easily on the ends. This shampoo has made a total difference.

This hair mask leaves my hair smooth, soft and shiny  after shampooing. It is a bit expensive, but it is worth every penny!

Hands down, one of my favorite detanglers. Afterwards, my hair feels soft and smooth. I also like it because it doesn't weigh my hair down, and a little bit goes a long way.

How can you not like them? They're classic. I have them in ten colors. High top. Low top. Doesn't matter to me. If my besties Michelle Obama and Sarah Jessica Parker can wear them, so can I.
