The Water & Apple Cleanse.

I work for 24 Hour Fitness. I spend about 40 hours a week surrounded by trainers, instructors, and nutritionists who are constantly talking about the new brands of fitness aids, workout moves and detox cleansers that can help you become the best you. 

This week, I learned about the Water and Apple Cleanse. I know that everyone has heard of the Master Cleanse, but who can stick to that for weeks at a time? This cleanse is different.

The Water and Apple Cleanse helps with your digestion by getting rid of the gunk in your intestines so that you will have a clean slate to start with when you begin new eating habits. When your digestive system is in proper condition, you digest food better. which will boost your metabolism! 

I did the cleanse and IT WORKED! I lost five pounds and I feel great! The good thing is, it only take three days, and you only have to do it once a month.      

What you need to know:

You must decide that you are going to do this and stick with it for three days.

Start your cleanse on a night before you go to sleep. If you go to sleep at 10 p.m., start the cleanse then and end the cleanse at the same time three days later.

Now all you need is apples and water. This will be what you eat and drink for the next 72 hours.

Eat as many apples as you want. Drink all the water you want and need. Generally, you need at least eight to ten cups of water a day.

After your three days, drink a cup of grape juice just to get your appetite back to normal.

Do not jump to foods after your thee days are over. Gradually work your way up. start with soft foods like yogurt and oatmeal.

Grab a mirror and weigh yourself. Go ahead. See how much weight you have lost.
