Epsom salts in warm water is a great way to soothe tired feet! I hate achy feet! Personally, I have to soak my feet once or twice a week just to get through the week. So, if you have weary feet like me, check this out.
What You'll Need:
Foot spa or large tub
1 cup epsom salts
1/2 cup honey
2 drops of lavender essential oil
2 cups warm whole milk
1 gallon warm water
Mix well and ENJOY!
Okay, so now that's we've tackled weary feet, let's talk about dry, cracked calloused feet. Chicas, let's get to scrubbing.
What You'll Need:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ground oats
1 tablespoon sea salt
Tea tree essential oil
Moisturizing cream
Warm water
Combine the dry ingredients and mix in a small bowl.
Add water and mix into a paste.
Add a few drops of Tea tree oil and stir.
Scrub rough areas.
Rinse and dry.
Apply a thick moisturizing cream.
Store the remainder in a Ziploc bag or jar.
