Brown Suga and Honey Body Scrub

Okay, ladies, winter is officially outta here, and it's getting closer and closer to leg-baring time. Let's be real, the winter months really do a number on the skin. You're dry. You're flaky and you can actually see scales. Eck! Have no fear, chicas, help is on the way. It's time so slough off all that tired, old, dull skin and get smooth.

What You Will Need:

- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 teaspoons of jojoba or extra virgin olive oil

Brown sugar is excellent for exfoliating the skin while honey is a natural humectant that attracts and retains moisture. For oil, I went with Jojoba because I like the way it feels, but extra virgin olive oil is good too. Plus, you may already have some in your kitchen. Together these three ingredients make a winning team.

How To Use:

       Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until it's a paste.

       It should be applied on moist skin, so the best time is after you took a shower.

       Use circular motion and massage gently using your fingertips.

       Rinse off with warm water.

What I Noticed:

      This scrub works best after it has been refrigerated.
      You do feel oily, but these oils absorb into the skin really quickly.
      Glowing skin that doesn't need moistuzer.

Other Benefits:

      Can be used as a weekly foot scrub.
