I try so very hard to eat healthy most of the time, but when PMS strikes, fugetaboutit! My hormones betray me every month. I can't help myself.
I end up craving everything sweet, salty, and crunchy. And guess what? I don't just eat one thing, I eat many things, like an entire box of cereal. Then, I sit back and stare at what was once a flat stomach. I must admit, I love every minute of it. What about you? Where are your PMS favs?
